“I started training with Coach Matt about a year into my fitness journey, after I had started to feel burnt out with my previous exercise routine and diet. Through training with Matt, I have not only become stronger, more self-confident, and have made progress toward my weight loss and muscle building goals, but I have learned how to properly fuel my body through his nutritional expertise as well.
