Tuesday & Thursday – 6:00 AM (45 minutes)

  • High-energy conditioning: a mix of cardio + weight circuits

Saturday – 9:00 AM (60 minutes)

  • Strength-focused (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, or Full-Body) + HIIT finisher

  • $15 per class drop in

  • $150 package (2x/week + custom programming for workouts outside the gym)
